I started drumming twenty years ago, at the age of nine. My younger brother’s drum kit had run aground in the dining room. One day I sat down to play it out of boredom and I was completely hooked. Since then I've had the opportunity to travel and play in venues across Europe.
In 2004 I successfully graduated with distinction from Oaklands College, Hertfordshire with a BTEC in Performing Arts. I then rolled on to ALRA - The Academy of Live Recorded Arts - where I achieved a National Diploma in Acting during 2007.
I drum for a number of different artists in the UK and have supported bands such as Panic! At The Disco on a sold out European tour and Eliza And The Bear on a sold out UK tour.
Although I'm a gale force virtuoso performer when playing live and hit the skins as hard as I can whenever I get the chance, I am importantly a consummate drummer with a combination of simple percussive talents that make me a session drummer of enormous value. It's important to have an ear for a song and to ensure that the drumming supports and enhances what's being sung.
I am very excited to have become a part of the Scymtek family.
